Role: Senior Program Manager, Creative Operations

Twitter #Studio was a team compromised of strategists, videographers, designers, copywriters and producers. We were Twitters in-house creative studio, breathing life into our products marketing. We constantly challenged ourselves to push beyond our standards, to achieve creative excellence. We spoke to consumers, businesses and our fellow Tweeps (Twitter employees).

Personal accomplishments

Studio 2.0 - The Studio Leadership & Operations team overhauled legacy processes and pressure tested streamlined standard operating procedures. As a result, we had increased positive sentiment in our working relationships with our internal partners, and undoubtedly repaired Studio team confidence.

Monday.com rollout - Studio needed a dynamic project management tool to help us understand the volume of work we took in, and that tracked the bandwidth of our creative resources. Over six months, I drove the development of customizing the tool for our team, and managed the rollout plan to the department. After six months of implementation and revising the system based on team feedback, we successfully had the necessary data to show us where our efforts as a department were being utilized, and where we needed supplemental resources.

Production design optimization - I managed our onsite contract designers that joined us via our partner vendor. I administered the business relationship with our vendor, and took great care in getting to know the designers and their strengths. In collaboration with Producers and Creative Leadership, I plugged in design resources to augment support across key initiative work.
